Fallen Angel Halloween Makeup

This type of look was requested quite a few times in my Halloween requests video, and I was really excited to give it a go. I got some of my inspiration from the pictures that were posted as ideas, and the eyeliner is inspired by another makeup videographer, Risa. I did, however, try to make it my own by combining it with a lot of glitter, rhinestones, and black lipstick. This look would be perfect for a whole slew of costumes: dark angel, dark fairy, fantasy gothic girl, etc. Give it a go and let me know how it works out!

Face
Illamasqua cream foundation, Illamasqua Intrigue blush dusted lightly all over

Eyes
ArtDeco eyeshadow base, La Femme Sparkle Dust in Aqua, MAC Reflects Transparent Teal glitter, NYX White e/s, black gel eyeliner (generic brand from ebay), false lashes (generic brand from ebay), small rhinestones from the craft store, Ben Nye black eyeliner, DUO adhesive glue, Essence glitter eyeliner in blue

Lips
Ben Nye black eyeliner, Obsessive Compulsive Lip Tar in Tarred

I've posted a comment in your YouTube channel but I also wannna make a post a comment here because this is the best halloween look i've ever seen!
All the look is so smooth and well done, the little pearls just at the end of the black liner lines and the glitter lines make the look more fantastic.
It's just like a fantasy film :) Very very very beautiful, I have no words!!

You're an artsit!!

I'm really impressed with the steady hand you need to do the eyeliner swirls, very very impressive! You're right, it is versatile but what about using kryolan or at least something to set the eyeliner? That would be a pain to smudge

Hi MissChievous, my boyfriend and I was watching your Fallen Angel video. We loved the look and he somehow came up with the idea that you should do the Harley Quin look from the Batman Asylum game. I agree with Desdemona that you can pull off any look and still look great with it. Keep up the good work! =)

Awesome makeup! I'm looking for a corpse bride makeup, and found yours already too, but I really like this one as well, I might just combine it a little, because I'm looking for an elegant way of corpse briding, it's only for my birthday party in around 2 weeks... I just wanted to ask, what kind of glue are you actually using to stick on the stones?? if you could reply onto my blog, that would be great, thanks already!! :-)

PS. Do you actually work as a make up artist or something? And how come you've got so many german brands? ;-)

I was browsing youtube for makeup application for Halloween, as I RARELY wear any makeup. I found you, and I'm so inspired!! I actually put on make up today to go to the store. I felt great, and I owe it all to you. Thank you so much.

I haven't decided on which look of yours I want to do for Halloween yet. I tried to search for this answer, but didn't come up with anything. Is darkening the eyebrows "blackish" appropriate for a blonde? I'd be much appreciative for a response if you have time. Thanks again. I think I've turned over a new leaf!

I bought a gel eye liner but the lines aren't as sharp as I'd like them to be. I'm going for this look for Halloween I can mimmic it okay but the lines look pulky at the end..Is there an inexpensive brush I could buy that would get me that sharp "point"?

Thank you! I found one of these pictures a while back and used a similar idea for a character onstage. The cast loved it, and it even gave me the opportunity to do some of their makeup. This was a great look, and I hope I get the opportunity to do it again! Again, thank you, and keep doing it! ^_^ You are very talented.

Hi MissChievous,

So, I have been looking at different makeup tutorials, for this year i am going to be a dark angel and I liked yours by far. I was wondering if you could let me know what it is that you put on your eyes before applying any sort of make-up. (powder?) If you could let me know, I'd really appreciate it, thanks! :)
