Another German tutorial since it was so much requested since my last one, and I just felt like doing another one. This one is very blue and dramatic with some creative eyeliner shaping! No subtitles as it's just too much work, hopefully non-German speaking people can follow along by the visuals.

Would you do a tutorial on the topic "hooded eyes"? I suppose a lot of us has those "heavy lids" that hang over the eye and it can be a bit tricky with make-up for lids like that. Would be great to see if you have any particular ideas on those, but then again, you are doing it already! ;)

hallo julia, ich find das sieht echt voll schön aus. du bekommst die übergänge immer so schön hin :) erinnert mich ein bisschen an die karibik, weisser strand und blaues wasser ;)
ich mag deine videos auf deutsch und auf englisch, ich weiss auch nicht wieso sich manche darüber so dermassen aufregen können. der inhalt ist doch der gleiche :)
und wenns am akzent liegt (der übrigens total süss ist), ja mein gott, es gibt überall auf der welt akzente und dialekte egal was für ne sprache. und echtes hochdeutsch sag ich mal, spricht man auch nicht überall in deutschland.
jedenfalls klasse video, es ist sehr inspirierend dir zu zu schauen :)

Ich finde den Look super, auch, dass das Video auf Youtube dazu auf Deutsch ist! Und ich finde, dass du dafür, dass du die meisten Tuts auf English machst, echt gut mitm Deutsch umgehst ;-) Ich kenne das von mir selbst :)

This is sooooo pretty and really brings out the colors in your eyes. :) I'm so glad we are getting back to using all the colors. A few years ago it was NEVER WEAR BLUE EYESHADOW!!!. I even heard that on Oprah. I always thought Why not?? Why can't we use all the colors? I guess this is a party or club look? Whatever it is it's stunning. I love the bird tail look on the eyes. Kinds makes me think of a bird on the eye. :) You're so creative Julia! OK. Enough. ;D

Hi Julia, ich find's schön, dass du wieder ein Tutorial auf Deutsch gemacht hast.
Die blauen Farben find ich wahnsinnig schön. Der Eyeliner erinnert mich irgendwie an einen Schwalbenschwanz ^^.
Wäre es möglich, dass du sowas wie eine Step by Step Anleitung mit Bildern und Text machen kannst, sodass man es ausdrucken und abheften kann?

I don't know if this is the right place to post but how do you prevent the liner and colors on lower lids from smudging? I tried everything (powder on the line, powder below the line, using primers) but they always smudge and I end up like a racoon within a few hours :( Every time I tried lining the lower lids like in your tutorials, I get a horrible mess a few hours later. It is so frustrating :( Or my upper lashes with waterproof mascara will stain the lower lids and hello racoon.

Das Tutorial ist super!!! Yippie, ein deutsches! Ich bin eine Germanistik-Studentin aus der Schweiz und finde, dass dein Deutsch problemlos ist!!! Liebe deinen leichten Schweizer Akzent (der ist aber überhaupt nicht störend!) Ich follte schon lange wissen, ob die voluminous mascara die gleiche ist wie volumissime (in der Schweiz ist alles auf Französisch angeschrieben) jetzt weiss ichs, YAY!! Danke! Wohnst du in Kanada oder in der Schweiz?
Übrigens: du solltest mich mal hören, wie ich meiner Schwester makeup erkläre. Ich kann gar nichts auf deutsch sagen und kenne nur noch die englischen begriffe :-) (thanks to marlena) hihi... du machst das super-genial! Ich wünschte, mein Englisch wäre etwas besser...

I love your makeup it is really pretty. When I saw the Dark berry tone I loved it and I especially loved when you did the Ke$ha look. I loved how the glitter was a pretty blue and the rose blush was BEAUTIFUL it wasn't to light or to dark. Please comment back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
