Exotic Arabian Smokey Eyes

On Facebook, some of you said you wanted to see a more dramatic prom look, and some others said they wanted to see another Arab makeup look. I decided to combine your suggestions (Become a Fan on my Facebook page to have input in future looks) and came up with this little number. The eyeliner is decidedly in tune with the Arab makeup style, and the soft smokey eyes use a lot of glitter and shimmer which would be perfect if you want to stand out at a special event, such as prom, or something else entirely.

This was hard! The eyeliner is the trickiest part. If you're a total beginner with using liquid or gel eyeliners, I'd say skip the complex design and just go for a single, swooped wing on the outer eye and do some more practicing before deciding on this look for your special night out.

I love it! The black eyeliner and the white lines are gorgeous!
I wish i had the money to buy some more expensive make up with quality. The things i got is some crap from the drugstore and it doesn't work as good as i want it to.
You are amazing, and i love all your videos :)

Fabulous! I do really love this. It's something I'd try for a regular Friday night out doing whatever. I'd love to see how you do the inner wings though. It's definitely something I struggle with.

Okay, I normally can't get on board with the whole arab-eye quadruple winged eyeliner thing. But this one is actually attractive.

This is simply beautiful. I don't like my eyes that heavy (unless it's Halloween or I feel like being weird), but I can appreciate the artistry, intricacy, use of color, texture and finishes and the technique of this look. It's divine, Julia.

This look is absolutely ethereal. However, I have a question about the inner eye liner. I love makeup and have taken several theatrical makeup classes, but no matter what I do, liner on the inner eye becomes a watery mess for me. Do you have any tips?
