I love wearing my eyeshadow like this. It looks so sultry, mysterious, and certainly feline! The cat eye elongates your eyes, and creates a beautiful almond shape, even if your eyes are naturally round. Here's my step by step tutorial how to recreate this look!

I love the look, I wear it very often, actually a look very similar to this... but I have a question, do you apply the black liner on top of the eyeshadow? Is it possible to apply a cream product over a powder product?
